How ordenary Chinese cross-border e-commerce plaforms are doing?

Normally they use already existing platform like JD, Tmall etc... but it is not easy to be in the platform and they are charging huge comission. On the other side, some of sellers at Taobao are importing commiodity via EMS . It is not possible to be imported for over rmb1,000 product and the buyers should pay tax by themselves when it cost over rmb300 product.

Is it posssible to operate cross border e-commerce at Taobao?

Taobao sellers rely mostly on EMS and human carriage.  When China goverment starts to monitor more severe or if there's any international events it will be blocked. 
FAIR ROAD is the very official goverment recommendated platform with customs reporting and tax paying. Also it is possible to buy commidity at our platform upto rmb5,000 and rmb23,000 yearly which means very rare limitation.

What is the import process?

Porducts locate at our bond warehouse without customs declaration. Later on it will be importing one by one when it is sold. For customs declaration, goverment asks purchase order list, payment information, local courier imformation, when there's no problem with it, customs allow to ex-warehouse and deliver. Tax shouls be paid when indivisual person purchase at shopping mall - and those are all Fare Raod is doing.

How much we have to pay for using your platform?

No commision will be charged for running wechat mini program platform. There should be only international transportation, warehouse and courier fee. If you cannot run, we do it for you with small operation fee.

What about import tax?

It is different with general import tax. It depands on item. It will be charged from total amount include logistic cost.

What about tax ratio for cosmetic?

Cosmetic  9.1% 
(High valuable cosmetic over￥10/g is 23.06%) 
Most of the import product ratio  is 9.1%, but need to check one by one as there are some exceptions liks wine (17.89%) and agricultural product (6.3%).
